I am dedicated to helping people live their best lives.  My clients are individuals 12+, families, and couples who are struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationships, job loss/changes, stress and life transitions.  I help people get clear on what they want out of life and in this particular season of their lives.  By learning clinically proven methods, my clients feel better, sleep better, perform better at school/work, have satisfying relationships/friendships, improve their marriages, connect deeper with their families and learn how to really enjoy their lives.

I am deeply honored to travel along side of my clients on their journey towards developing healthy habits, learning to manage their thoughts and feelings, and engaging in healthy relationships with themselves and other with confidence and clarity.

Understanding that asking for help can be a vulnerable and scary predicament, I approach each person with compassion and acceptance.  Techniques are individualized to meet your specific needs.  I provide psychotherapy, experiential therapy, coaching, tele-health and f2f sessions.
